Step 1 Schedule

Let's get right to it!

I said I would share my Step 1 schedule, and here it is! The exam for me is scheduled for the middle of June. I tried to have a schedule that would have me focus the most on UWorld questions. The overwhelming tip I got from upperclassman were to do as many practice questions as I can. As of now, I'm doing 92 a day. Here we go!

I like this schedule so far. There is studying 6 days a week, with on off day from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday (I'm Seventh-Day Adventist). It's all so morning heavy because I'm most productive in the morning. In fact, I'm thinking of shifting everything one hour earlier (5:00 am is such a peaceful time for me, and the library opens at 6 am). My goal is to get through the Qbank and do a lot of my learning from it. Their explanations and information is fantastic. Over these two days, I've already learned so much.

The material is coming together so well, and I'm actually enjoying this studying. I'm not going to lie, I didn't like pre-clinical years, but this is so much better. I make my own schedule on my own terms. I focus on what ever material I want to focus on. It's a level of freedom that I am cherishing right now.

I hope this is feasible right now. My dedicated study only started two days ago, so I've already made tweaks that I think are best for me. Funny enough, I'm already behind schedule lol.

Let's see if this holds for 6 weeks! I'm happy to share my schedule, and it's a great way for you all to keep me accountable. ;)
